Whatever works doesn't work when ego, greed, and anger get in the way. "What or who makes you such an authority?" My common sense is speaking now as the authority of this analysis. It tells me that ego-centered malfeasance buries common sense ideas and direction. Greed has a greedy track record ending up in flames because of it's skewed focuses. Anger is disastrous because it imprisons souls and futures based on degrading case histories. We all have choices to adopt what doesn't work or to integrate its logical and sensible opposite.
